Mayers Charter Service Inc Tour Policies

• A deposit of 1/2 the price of the trip cost is required 5 days after reservations to hold them.
• The final payment needs to be paid 10 days prior to departure.
• The final information regarding the trip will be sent approximately 8 days before the departure date.
• Optional trip cancellation and interruption insurance are available. Call for payment deadlines and coverage details.

You Will Be Assigned a Personal Escort

A friendly and skilled tour director will handle every detail, attend to the comfort and pleasure of each individual, and provide guidance throughout the tour.

Receive a 100% Discount When You Cancel

Receive a 100% discount when canceling, for any reason, up to the final payment due date. You will receive a 75% refund, less non-recoverable fees, for cancellations made after the final payment due date and up to 7 business days prior to departure. This option is for medical reasons only, and a note from your doctor is required. Tour cost is non-refundable 7 business days prior to departure (Travel companies are also covered).

Mayers Charter Service Inc tours include motorcoach transportation, hotel accommodations, fully escorted services, sightseeing admissions, transfers, guide fees, tour director services, events included in the itinerary, lodging, taxes, and meals included in the itinerary. Tips for meals or services are NOT INCLUDED in the tour price. Gratuities to the tour director and driver are customary.

General Tour Information

• MC Tours reserves the right to add a fuel surcharge to the cost of the tour. Notice will be given prior to departure.
• No seats are reserved on our motor coach tours, except the seat which the Tour Director reserves.
• MC Tours reserves the right to make alterations or changes from the printed itinerary, dates, routings, or other included features prior to the date of the tour. This would only be necessary for a smooth and efficient operation of the tour.
• Smoking is not allowed on the motorcoaches.
• MC Tours is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal property or for injuries, expenses, or damages whatsoever incurred or claimed by any member.
